I’m on a dedicated server and have changed the php configuration to upload_max_filesize: 128M and memory_limit: 128M — no luck.
Good news is that if your upgrade files you just need to go into /wpcontent via your ftp or cpanel and delete the /upgrade folder… then go to the root of your wordpress installation and delete the .maintainence file. That will get you back to where you started.
Can’t wait to see the fix for this because I’m sure I’ll have clients clamoring desperately for help here pretty quick. Yikes!
