I added a standard wordpress text widget to my sidebar, and just added [rotating-posts]. So far works great. However I cannot get thumbnails to automatically to work. But I’m not sure if that is something on my side yet.
Thanks for the quick response.
Your solution worked great!

In reply to: [Plugin: Conditional CAPTCHA for WordPress] Works GREAT! Highly recommendedI second this. Thanks so much for this plugin! I’ve been dreading putting a captcha on my site, but the spam is starting to really get out of control. This is the perfect solution…it’s already correctly trashed 17 spam comments and I’ve only had it installed for a few hours.
awesome ^_^
thanks again!!!!

In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] sidebar disappeared in all viewsI’m having the same issue with single listing, and both calendar views. I’ve tried the fix above. But the sidebar no longer has the white background behind it with the fix. The background also didn’t carry itself to the footer. Plus everything still doesn’t line up as nicely as it does on the other pages. I’ve even copy and pasted the event css to my theme’s css and it didn’t change anything either. I afraid to do any further changes to the code at the moment. Or at least for tonight.
On a side note I just noticed the search bar also does not work when these pages are open. (You cannot type into it)
I’ve turned off the fix for the time being, since it broke the site graphically to much.
Here is the main site.
Here is what a normal post would look like.
I’m using the WhosWho Theme.Let me know what other information you may need.
I was thinking the same thing. ??

In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Calendar spreading across entire pageThe google map seems to be picky and seems to need a complete address included zip to show up.
I’m still trying to figure out the stretch thing myself.

In reply to: [Plugin: The Events Calendar] Categories within Event Calendar???I’m not sure if this will help you, but it might be a tempoary fix for you.
I use the Post’s Categories/Subcategories, to subcategorize my calendar events. You cannot do it under the Event category though, it seems that category cannot be touched.
You will have to make a new category (and/or subcategory) in the Post’s section and just remember to select the categories you would like them to show up in when you post your event. That being said, sometimes it glitches and you have to reselect the categories in quick edit. Not sure if this is caused by another plugin or not.. haven’t had the time to look into it yet.
Also, this doesn’t work for the calendar view. But everything will be sorted when using your site’s navigation bar.
