I know this is a dated thread but I read through the entire exchange and it hurt my heart. I really loathe entitled people. For someone to claim they’re losing thousands daily yet refuse to pay under $100 to make the problem disappear, is just bananas to me. And all that talk about “living paycheck to paycheck”, “we’re all volunteers..” blah, blah, blah.. is just balderdash. @highprrrr I’m sorry you had to deal with this. Incredible how you managed to keep your cool through it all; you’re a much better person than me.
Thanks for providing an awesome product for free. The free version alone is packed with powerful features. I, for one, truly appreciate your efforts.

In reply to: [Get Stripe Customer Portal Light] Error – Customer not foundI think I may have found the issue, borrowing from another thread here. Looks like the customer I was checking has multiple accounts, that’s why. I removed one of the accounts and the issue was fixed.

In reply to: [Get Stripe Customer Portal Light] SUGGESTION: REMOVE EMAIL AFTER SENDThank you. Tested it, works perfectly! ??
Okay, thank you @xylus.
Hi @xylus,
But I’m telling you, it’s not. I tried 2 separate events and it was the same problem. I even deleted them from the import history and tried again all over; same thing. I also checked the events listing in the events calendar to see if somehow the events got imported; no. I know I’m not doing anything differently from what I’ve done in the past, and it worked for me then.
Please help. ??
Thanks
Thanks for the prompt response @xylus.
Yes, I actually checked the Import History and that’s where it shows “1 Skipped” in the ‘Import Stats’ column. No, I don’t already have the event imported and I only tried to import that one event. This just started happening, by the way.
Could you please advise further?
Thanks
