I had the same problem as Ives with 0.5.4
Since i decrease to 0.5.2, i have no problem anymore.

You need to have a minimum of knowledge in CSS in order to make this modification.
You have to create a child theme, find the class name of each element and put your backgroud-color.

The thing to do in this case is to create another post and duplicate your content.

The first solution is better if you have already comments on your post and if you use the image only once, or a few more, elsewhere.

You have to delete your image in order to don’t show it anymore.
Go to Media > Library, find your image and click on “Delete Permanently”

If the theme does not allow you to make the modification via the administration, the simplest solution for you is to modify the css
.powered{ display:none;}

The most appropriate solution is to open files in the theme directory and to delete the line in question.

Think to create a child theme before making this modification.
