Just to follow-up. I was able to get in via another locale. Apparently, disabling and even deleting the plugin via FTP did not delete the plugin from WP dashboard. Once inside wordpress, I was able to delete it and now it’s working fine. Thought you’d want to know in case anyone else has issues. Consider it resolved here. Cheers.

Also, I see the settings>maintenance indicates that I should remove the following tables: wp_slim_browsers, wp_slim_content_info, wp_slim_outbound, wp_slim_screenres, wp_slim_stats_3, wp_slim_stats_4, wp_slim_stats_archive_3, wp_slim_stats_archive_4

Is it safe to go into My SQL and press drop for each of these items?

Thanks for the prompt response. The word “audience” doesn’t appear anywhere on my slimstat.

The main links that appear are Slimstat, Access log, Overview, Customize, Add-ons, Settings. Clicking on Slimstat only shows Visitor Activity, not audience.

Any thoughts?

I’m still getting the gray box with the map.

Under appearance>customize>Aesop, I’ve replaced the original mapbox code with- aesopinteractive.hkoag9o3 -and pressed save to trigger an update.

Then I deleted- aesopinteractive.hkoag9o3 -and inserted the original mapbox code and pressed save.

Is this the correct procedure? Is there anything else I should try?

Kevin, I just discovered they give you the option to change the colors. Go to Users>Your profile>Personal Options and there are several colors to choose from. Now I just need to figure out how to change the font.

Thanks for the update. I know you worked hard and we appreciate your efforts. For anyone with vision trouble the black sidebar is painful to read. The font is a strain as well. At minimum, is there a way to change from the black side bar?

In an effort to be helpful, someone in the office just uninstalled and reinstalled slimstat. I guess I’m back to square one in terms of data – thanks for trying. Should I run the repair anyway?

Also, you said the data is never deleted. Is there another way to access it that I’m missing.
