It seems that service that provides doi data is currently unavailable.
Please, wait until it will become available again. Unfortunately, I can’t provide you with certain time when it should restart.
If it won’t work by the following day, I’ll try switching to another one.

I tried to improve the performance in the newest update. I hope it will reduce the slow downs you experienced.

Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to recreate your problem.
But I made some changes to the plugin that might help with your issue.
Please, update the plugin and check if the problem remains.

when your subject to display includes articles ( subj=articles or subj=all ) you have to include the prep option.
Try the following code:
[publications auth=all subj=articles prep=all]
Hope it’ll resolve your issue.

Updated the plugin. The issue with editors should be fixed now.

Thank you for cooperation, I have found the issue:
the editors entered directly on “Manage Works” page won’t show up for some reason.
So, a temporal solution for you would be adding your editors on “Add Author” page and then selecting them in publication editor on “Manage Works” page.
Meanwhile, I’ll try to fix it during the next few days.

Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to replicate your problem.
Can you also provide the editor names associated with the publication? Perhaps there’s some issue with it, like some conflicting unicode character.

I have just checked the tag myself, and it worked just fine. Would you kindly provide more details?
Do you have the editors entered for your particular publication? You can check it by clicking “Modify” button next to the publication in “Manage Works” page.
Do other elements show up as supposed?
Which shortcode do you use on your page?

Thank you for the details! There was indeed a bug due to which plugin didn’t accept purely numerical tags, it should be fixed in the recent update.

Unfortunately, I hasn’t found the issue with tags yet, but I added the ability to use shortcode like:
[publications subj=articles id=1]
to get singular publications using their ID.

Could you provide the details about the publication you have problem with and the tag you try to apply?

Hi, I’m glad DOI import works fine for you!
As for the problem with tags: do you hit the “update article” button after adding the tags? It is located at the bottom of editor, a bit lower of location where you enter the tags.
If that’s not the case, please reply, so I will look further into the issue.

Thank you for your request! It appeared that our DOI import indeed became broken, but it should be fixed now in newer version. Please, update plugin to 0.20200228 and try again.

In the newest version we have added tags that can be assigned to any publications.
So now you can add some tag, for example “topic”, to publications and then use shortcode like [publications auth=all subj=all prep=all tag=topic] to display all publications with such tag.
