Found the issue! I was logged in to two different google accounts and once I clicked the link in the plugin setup to allow Google Sheets API it was logged into the wrong Google account. Thank you for a great plugin!
I’m having the exact same issue. Did you ever find a solution?
I followed the instructions and set the email ID to Editor, getting the same error message (Invalid access!
Unable to access Google Sheet. Please check required permissions.)Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Device Detector] Not working on some sitesOkay, that makes sense. Still, a great plugin and thank you for your help!

In reply to: [Device Detector] Not working on some sitesBtw, is it possible to get the exact model name (eg. Iphone X)? When I use get()->model_name it only displays iPhone and nothing more.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Device Detector] Not working on some sitesThank you for your detailed reply, I looked through the server settings and I found the issue! I’m using Siteground for both sites but the PHP setup for the working site was set to “Ultrafast PHP” and the none working site was set to “Standard PHP”. Setting it to Ultrafast solved it right away. Kinda glad that it caused because I didn’t even know that settings existed ??
Thank you for your help and an amazing plugin!

In reply to: [Device Detector] Not working on some sitesHi Pierre! Thank you for your speedy reply. Yes the Analytics shows only “Other” devices. You’ll find a screenshot at this link: https://www.friidesigns.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Empty.png
The Tools menu work if I enter for example “iPhone” into the text bar. Then it returns Apple iPhone, Mobile Safari, iOS along with the correct images.
But the bar is empty when I load the page and if I press the “Test Now” button I only get “Generic” as a result.
Hi! Sorry about the late reply. Yes I’m using SG Optimizer, and I added an exception in the “Exclude from Deferral of Render-blocking JS” For the WPM plugin and it works now!
Thank you for your amazing work
Hi! Thank you for your speedy reply! I’ve activated the plugin again ??

In reply to: [Price Based on Country for WooCommerce] Prices not showing on Shop pageHi again! Thank you, that makes sense. Do you know if there’s any workaround? Like a snippet to show the woocommerce-Price-amount amount instead of he regular-pricenew on the shop page

In reply to: [Price Based on Country for WooCommerce] Prices not showing on Shop pageHi,
Okay I understand. The class for the price on the shop page is “regular-pricenew” and the class for the price on the product page is “woocommerce-Price-amount amount”
The issue is active now on https://www.friidesigns.com/webshop/

In reply to: [Price Based on Country for WooCommerce] Prices not showing on Shop pageThank you for your reply. What value should I fill them with? If I, for example, fill the default WooCommerce price field with 50 it will display 50 EUR on the shop page. When I then move on to the products page it displays 40 EUR (which is the correct price).
If I then visit the shop page from the US it says 50 USD. But if I visit the product page from the US it says 70 USD (which is the correct price). So the only thing changing on the shop page is the currency symbol, not the price

In reply to: [Geolocation IP Detection] Maxmind automatic updates failingHi Benjamin,
Thank you for your reply. We haven’t received any notifications regarding failed cron updates, but I’m not sure if Siteground even offers this service.
We followed this short tutorial to disable wp-cron and implement a cron job on the server side to execute every 30 mins.
https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/real-cron-job/
I’m trying to find anything related to the plugin under Tools -> Scheduled actions in the WordPress backend but there are 5580 items on that list and we don’t know what Hook to search for.
