This is solved, here is an advise to those with similar problems:

`Please try to replace line 288 in theme functions.php file:
textpop-up

add_action(‘phpmailer_init’, ‘re_phpmailer_init’);

with:
textpop-up
//add_action(‘phpmailer_init’, ‘re_phpmailer_init’);

Some quite old hands-on stuff in that theme set-up. So I prefered not to touch it, to start with.

Thank you! Problem disappeared! But – images shrinks to supersmall thumbnails in many places.

So I’m not sure were to go from here ??

No! it was like that for 1,5 day, stucked on 2000 files.
The journey to 2000 files took 3 hours which indicates the receiving web hotel can have capacity issues? (We can’t see anything alarming though).

Ok GTIN missing, so in your plugin i guess i fill in that here:

gtin for all products (edit)

But I don’t have GTIN, so I choose article number? But I can’t find article numer option on your list.
