YAY! I got it to work. I was looking in the wrong place all this time. It still didn’t with your WC Order Export oddly, but using the Advanced Order Export I was able to find all my new fields inside the add extra fields option – but inside the actual PRODUCTS option. ADD products as rows or columns. There they were… so I’m glad because I like your WC Fields Factory better than any of the others! YAY Two days work, but it works EXACTLY as I wanted!

Thanks for the reply and update. It made no difference. I saw none of my new fields. I think maybe my issue might be with the extra form fields and not the export, so instead of troubleshooting your export, I’m going to try using something other than WC Fields Factory today…sadly. (ha! I just now got the pun. WC Fields! )

I seem to have resolved this by replacing the file not found page from a backup. How odd… so we don’t know what the issue was, but we fixed it. Weirdness. I’ll just blame the client. (grin)

Ok. I did some more troubleshooting and now I’m getting some new weird things when I try import or export with zero plugins loaded.

The IMPORT or EXPORT click yields a themeless white page with some code at the top of the screen. I understand this may be beyond your support, but you’ve been so helpful in the past.

Sadly, I am the webhost company, and we’ve already expanded the memory requirements up to quite huge. This means we’re lost. The file is locked in and it can’t be exported or imported. OH NO! Hmmm… Seems like an odd error. I’ll let this thread know if I figure something out. Maybe I’ll delete some entries.

Correction EDIT: After searching more and re-reading I realized I kind of asked the wrong question. Like I said; iyt’s early and I’m foggy logic today.

What I really need is a way to pre-screen the search filter to include a search for YES & whatever the user inputs. It will only ever display search matches that have YES in the entry AND whatever they search for. Right now, even if I use filter=”YES” in the table display, the search over-ride that and displays “YES” and “No” matches because it searches the whole database over-riding my filter=”YES” function.

Is there a way to pre-pass search items to the search box function and only EVER display the “YES” matches?

I am not certain this is the same as my final problem with the amazing Tablepress. I’m almost done my project. The last one is vital. I have a database with two hidden columns. One is “Availability: YES or NO. I want to NEVER EVER show the NO entries, but currently all searches still display the NO matches, even if the column itself is hidden.

I kept searching, and eventually found a hack to remove the problem titles, but it wasn’t within this theme. It seems a problem with Artisteer generated themes and Woo. Usually I ask better questions, and I’m sorry I didn’t give details.

I have been searching for 3 days to find a solution to this issue and all I can find are YOUR questions asking the same thing everywhere. It’s tough to explain so it’s hard to search. Did you ever find the solution. All my WOO COMMERCE category pages have a product in the title and it’s driving me crazy.

My solution was to change the form text used in Tobias’ example to a more stock form. I never figured out the secret invisible character, but a stock form worked for me.

Hello. I found this thread elsewhere closed and solved about adding a search box to a different page. I have 5 separate pages with filtered versions of the main table and they work great, but now client wants an all-powerful search option that will search the entire database for an ID. Since I have no page that displays the entire database without the filters, I figured I’d use a two page method.

I have had no success. I can’t see an invisible character, so I can’t know what I’m doing wrong.
