Both sets of double quotes are in the message.
If I enter [frontier-post] in a page, the same thing happens, the page is blank.

Okay, so I changed the code to [frontier-post] disabled all the plugins and re-enabled one by one and (of course it was the last one) Yoast SEO that made the page disappear.

Then I replaced the code with [frontier-post frontier_mode=”add” frontier_add_post_type=”post” frontier_add_link_text="Add Something"] and received the following error on the page with the shortcode but it displayed all of the list of posts:

You are not allowed to add new post type: ”post” – Allowed: (post)
Post type does not exists: ”post”
– This message is only shown to admins

Since I didn’t have a link to create a new post I manually entered https://fscbmwcca.com/test/my-contributions/?task=new in the browser and received:
You are not allowed to add new post type: ”post” – Allowed: (post)
Post type does not exists: ”post”

I then tried [frontier-post frontier_add_link_text=”Add Something”] and did not get an error until I clicked the Add Something link then I received the same error:
You are not allowed to add new post type: ”post” – Allowed: (post)
Post type does not exists: ”post”

All of the above is with the Yoast SEO plugin deactivated.

Let me clarify, the widgets show up (where as in the page they don’t) but still get the “You are trying to add a post with an illegal post-type: NONE”
when I click the link to Create a new post.

And I can edit an existing post.
Let me know if you need credentials to get in the site.

Sorry, the widgets do work

I am logged in as admin
I deactivated the plugin (also am running Frontier Restrict Backend and Frontier Set Featured so deactivated those too) and the page showed the shortcode
I reactivated Frontier Post first and still nothing.

This is not a new install, problems after upgrade
I can create and edit posts without any problems

I created a new page and nothing appears. No errors, no shortcode, I also looked at the old page that was getting the errors and nothing appears either?

Checked in text mode and just the shortcode appears

I am not a coder but the </dd> is in red, does that mean something?

This doesn’t work in IE nor Edge, I have deactivated the plugin. Too bad such great promise. I have been looking for something to enter date and time but have not been successful.

In looking further into the problem, I found some forms work but they display the “Sender’s message was sent successfully” in red it used to be green and is using the div.wpcf7 .wpcf7-display-none css instead of the div.wpcf7-mail-sent-ok which is green. Does that mean there is still an error processing?

I already have postman installed and tested that it can send emails. My issue is intermitent, some people don’t get an error! And it was working before. I don’t know what to tell you…
