I was contacted last week by Etsy Developers for this problem. A new version of the plugin should be release this weekend. Stay tune!

This plugin only work with section.
You can embed many sections on the same page.

Where you cand find the shop section id?
Here is an example:

URL: https://www.etsy.com/shop/sushipotvintage?section_id=11592395

So, in this example:
sushipotvintage is etsy-shop-name
11592395 is etsy-shop-section-id

Give read & write access to tmp folder?
You have to change using FTP client.

This error is show because you need to give etsy-shop name and section id like this:

[etsy-include=<your-etsy-shop-name>;<your-etsy-shop-setion-id>]

So instead of: [etsy-include=;]
should be something like: [etsy-include=SomethingDreadFull;7679700]
