I wound up reinstalling my site. Everything’s working fine now. Thanks for the help.

After poking around a bit I wound up just reinstalling from scratch and decided not to worry about the multisite feature in 3.0 for now.

Seems as though some part of my WP installation didn’t recognize the move out of the sub-folder to the root.

I recreated the sub-folder and copied the si-contact-form to its previous location and the test worked:
https://www.fuddster.com/dotcom/wp-content/plugins/si-contact-form/captcha-secureimage/test/

I just double checked and all folders and sub-folders were already set to 755.

I had changed both of these settings to https://www.fuddster.com. I’m currently looking into other things I may have overlooked.

Well, I pretty much tried to undo the things I did in the above link, and things seem to be working ok except for one thing.

The plugin “Fast and Secure Contact Form” now does not show the CAPTCHA images on the contact form. I’m doing a little digging and will report back if/when I figure something out…
