We took action on several matters on the site, and now it’s working fine and tax is visible on the invoices.

Thank you for yor rapid respons.

As additional info, I’ve tried to swich to Storefront, and disable all plugins, but it has not helped.. Tax is still not showing.

There are no changes in the checkout is I change payment gateway.

We just uploaded a new WordPress site, and it used to work on the old site, but then the settings were different, and wrong.

We did notice the changes happened after the lates update, but they may have been there a bit longer, not sure.

@carolm29 did have the same colour / icon in the shop, so unless they use Divi, it is a Woocommerce issue, and not Divi.

One should be able to customize it, and I am no longer able to do that.

I might have found the bug..

The prices are added incl VAT, but are displayed ex VAT (for some reason). But the strange thing is that this is only valid for one currency.

The site has EUR and NOK as currency, EUR being the primary currency. Also there are 2 VAT, DE (21%) and NO (25%).

All prices are added incl VAT. EUR prices are displayed ex VAT, NOK are displayed incl VAT. So if I change the settings, one currency will always be wrong..

Woocommerce also don’t reccoment me to have mixed settings, where I add prices ex VAT but display incl VAT.

How to solve this?

But this is not the same colour code (the site use the colour code #acbfb5 as a contrast colour on the site, and this does not match the site. Also, there did not use to be an icon on these boxes (added to cart, or do you have a cupong).

This is the same on other shops I manage, where the box used to be purple or dark green. Now they are all the same colour. Is there a way to change it?

On storefront this does not appear, as I use a builder.

Yes, we use Divi, and there are blocks on the checkout page, but it’s also the same issue on product page, when added to cart.

But I did try to remore the blocks and only use shortcode, but that looked all wrong and too much space and padding on the site. So I’m back on using blocks / Divi builder.
