Thanks for the advice , well this is my first website and i had to learn everything by myself from forums , including a bit of seo , now my website is PR 4 alexa rank 200.000 and ranking for few keywords with over 100.000 exact match searches , it’s only 7 months old my website , and i was thinking that meta keywords count a lot to rank on those specific keywords , seo quake a plugin for chrome advised that i should use meta keywords and few other sites said same thing ,thats why i thought it was so important .

Thanks for the reply , so how do search engines read our site? with meta tags? home title ? descriptions?
I knew that title , keywords , description , thats how you show on the search engine with a specific keyword , like ” humor ” for example , or is it all about anchor text that is used on other websites that link to you? and the meta keywords dont matter?

Does anyone know how to fix this? i deleted the plugin , installed it again but still i cant add the meta keywords anywhere , this is after the updates , it was working fine before .

So i dont have any meta keywords on my website and yoast seo wordpress plugin dosent have any option to add them , is this from the update or a plugin failure?
