Hello, that’s not a problem. I thank you for the great plugin. Unfortunately the problem is not solved for me with version v13.0.4.
I posted another picture. As soon as I deactivate the plugin, everything is fine.

I also uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Unfortunately, the problem remains. Or is it maybe because of my WPBakery Page Builder version 6.4.1? Have you tested it with a WPBakery Page Builder version?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I can’t use the plus options either. do not have 10 buttons and can not deactivate the tooltips as it is there in the plus description:

– 10 buttons per side
– Hide release buttons in the popup

and I don’t have these options. For me, everything is free options. But we are now writing by email. Anyway, thanks for the answer here. ??

SOLUTION FOUND:
You have to check the box next to: “Use HTML content type”. Otherwise the Windows app Mail and Calendar cannot read the email.

So it was a setting error in the plugin. Maybe it will help the next one.

Can I set in the form that I only get the plain text? So no HTML mail. Just the plain text.

In WordPress? In plugin? Which settings exactly?

I’ve changed the email settings in the Windows app several times and even reinstalled them. Everything is fine there. As mentioned above, I have the same problem in other email programs.
