Sorry, I should have mentioned that. Yes, that plugin was disabled. Obviously we do not want to go for extended time without tracking.

PageSpeed insights connects ok instantly but not Analytics. It requests the signin again and I’m back where I started.

Incognito makes no difference I’m afriad. I tried the latest update for the Sitekit also.

I ended up rolling back to the previous version temporarily, then just waited for further WP Core + plugin updates and it worked fine a few versions after.

Thank goodness for this post and fix… I thought I’d just wasted hours!

As mentioned I had to roll back the gift card system update by restoring a backup so it would work again. So you will not be able to see the issues that arose.

Also not very keen to share the URL in a public forum either.
Is there another way you can assist?

I just got a Word fence notification that it has been removed from the www.ads-software.com… and have a paid licence also… I wonder if they are no longer supporting it?
