Regarding the saved design, they are always stored on Zakeke server. Zakeke anyway already have in place all the necessary privacy protection policy and the customer can delete a saved design at any moment. If you have have any doubts about this you can write to [email protected]

1. Everything is saved on our servers, so nothing is saved on your hosting/server.

2. Each customer or visitor of your site will see its own images after uploading them in a personal galley. If he is logged in to your e-commerce then he will see the same images in other browsers and devices too. If he is not logged (so it’s just a guest/visitor) and he clears the cookies or changes the browser/device he will not see its images.

I take it for granted that for “design” you mean the customer uploaded images or photos, but it’s the same for any other aspect of the customization like the “draft designs” that the customer can save.

Hi!

The customer can create a design on the merchant product (e.g. a Mug or a T-Shirt) and download a preview PDF or share a preview image of the customization.

When the customer completes the checkout, the merchant will get high-quality images of the customization in SVG, PDF, PNG, and DXF.

The convent of SVG and PDF is vectorial for texts and SVGs but if the customer uploads a photo, it will be rasterized in outputs.

We’re sorry for this review. Zakeke offers you a tool to place test orders for which you pay no fee and you can place unlimited test orders. Even though your test orders were placed as real orders (and there is no way for Zakeke to know it…) we offered you a refund for the invoice and you have never replied to us ??
