Thank you very much for your answer! I checked the plugin, however, unfortunately it does not seem to update URLs in the database. If I change the filename, I receive a 404 error. I also tried Media File Renamer, but the result was the same. Maybe it’s not a plugin problem, but a website-setting issue.

I found the reason why the plugin was not updating: I changed the data format in the code that displays the data but it also had to be changed in the one that updates the stream. I should have thinked about that before :(. Sorry for bothering you with my request.
