What would be your tool of choice.
Obviously something simple to use and supports H.264.
Runs on Windows 2K3K Server
I currently use “Format Factory rev2.60” (I like this one what is your thoughts on this converter?)
Actually, I just found those settings. H-264

H-264 so it is HD mpeg4 video?
I guess I am using just regular ol mpeg4
I suppose I need to delete those and do them in .mov?

Ok, here we go again. I uploaded mp4 videos which is a supported video file.
Now when you click on them after I have uploaded them and see them in my gallery you get the same thing just a long buffering period.
I have a great connection.
Is there a big difference between .mp4 and .mov

Got it and .png is the only allowed file format.

Sorry, I notice that the movie thumbnail is a movie reel. How do I create a thumbnail image for it?

MP4 is the problem.
tried .mov and it is working fine.
Now 1 LAST question:
Creating a thumbnail show the movie reel does not show?

Ok, Praveen it must be obvious I am a newbie at this so bare with me. I understand and have the gallery showing. Now when I click it buffers forever and does not play the video?

Ok, makes sense but do I have to change that gid and vid everytime up change or add a new gallery or video?
In nextgen the coding allows for new galleries to be loaded without changing anything.
Hope I am correct in the way I stated this. Also, thank you for your extremely quick response to my issue. I thought it would be weeks.

I would think you can do it as you do creating a page for Photo Galleries

I am having the same issue where I installed Cool Video
I am running most recent rev of wordpress
Activated the plugin all seems fine there
created a gallery and uploaded video
Created a Video Gallery page
added the following to page content
[cvg-gallery galleryId=’gid’ /]
[cvg-video videoId=’vid’ /]
Then when I save changes the refresh page I get
Gallery not found
Video not found
Do I need to delete current gallery and video and re create?
