Some themes also have a setting that allows you to change font size. Before you go messing around with the CSS again, check the settings.

Could be a couple of things but it sounds like you have kontera, infolinks, or similar.

Joomla and Drupal are amazing tools but WP is much easier to use, especially for beginners.

From a usability perspective, I love it. Clean and easy to read, almost like looking at a kindle.

On the flip side, it would be hard to monetize the site in its current state. If that’s not something you’re intending to do, then power to you. Just keep that passion burning and you’re all set!

As for the theme repository, you know, you can create your own theme site. Just make it available on either your current site or a separate site. Many excellent themes don’t appear on the WP site.

Looks like a really good first attempt! The only thing I would touch right now is a real logo instead of a fancy font in your header. That would make a big difference.
