I’m aware of the option, but it overrides the sender name when I’m being contacted through contact forms. On my Elementor contact forms I have the correct shortcode (and working when sender name is disabled) to visualize the Sender Name.

So, “Force From Name” really helps on some WordPress mails in order to replace the generic “WordPress” name as a sender but it overrides the name of users that contact us through contact forms.

Is there any workaround for that situation?

One more question… If I modify the title of the headers, it will impact? I mean, I could lose the synchronization? And If I delete some columns it would happen the same?

Hi @johnweru ! I’m having the same problem here. Conditions are not working at all.

I tried:

• Downgrading WordPress version
• Downgrading Elementor version
• Purging cache (I don’t have any cache plugins installed really)
• Disabling other plugins

Nothing of this worked ??

Thanks for your explanation, where I can find if it’s enabled on my account? I have followed the plugin instructions but I don’t see it anywhere. I also clicked on the “SIGN UP FOR ADVANCED CARD PAYMENTS (BUSINESS ONLY)” but it takes me to my PayPal dashboard and if I’m not logged in it takes me to the creation of a business account and I already have one.
