Hi all
I’m getting the exact same issue as mentioned by Cassy. It was working fine and had been working for many months up until version 2.0.0 Beta 3.
This version was good (although missing one option) But now that I’ve upgraded to the latest version 2.1.1 the backend menus seems to have disappeared as demonstrated in the screenshot provided by Cristina.
Before I download another development version from the provided zip file, does anyone know if there is a full updated version of the plugin on the horizon which would solve this issue?
CasseyEdwards1959 did the new version work for you?

In reply to: [BuddyPress Docs] BP Docs doesn't support WordPress 3.7 nowSeems to be working for me now. @flashbytes and anyone else still having problems, I had to delete my cookies and cache for it to work again.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Docs] Default doc permissionsHey Laura, do you remember where you were able to change the default doc permission? I want to make sure that when users using my site decide to create documents in their groups, by default, the doc permissions for ‘reading’ is automatically set to the group, rather than ‘anyone’
Thanks in advance

In reply to: [BuddyPress Docs] increase file size limitation for docs, currently 1mbHi
Is there a solution for single site install? I don’t have network admin settings options as not for a multisite.Boone – a separate setting would be a life saver, have tried looking into the server with not much luck.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Group Email Subscription] Email notifications aren't being sentHi r-a-y, apologies for the delay. I’ve given you admin access and sent details to your email address. Let me know if you need anything.
Yes, I do get notifications when @mentioning, private message, friend request/ group invite request and even when there is an ‘activity update’ I’ve tried using another forum notifier plugin and that works.
But I would really like to use this specific one as (when it works) it performs so much better and it gives me more options. Any further potential causes to this issue?
Hey @r-a-y I changed theme to twenty twelve, updated BP to 1.8. I have WP 3.5.2 and your plugin 3.3.3. I still don’t have any email notifications that.
I would be inclined to think whether it was case on how emails are treated on the server side. Something along the lines of PHP SMTP kind of thing. The reason i don’t suspect that is because nothing has change from that end, and when i initially chose this plugin (back in mid June 2013) this plugin was working amazingly. All of the sudden round the WP update it stopped working and hasn’t worked since. At least for me. I have stripped down all plugins to 4 max and it still doesn’t send anything out. I fiddled about with the settings, and no other users are getting notifications. I don’t think its a ‘setting issue’ as again this was working fine a month ago.
Is there any other info i could provide that would be help in order to re-create the issue.
I’m also still experiencing the same issue. I tried testing this prior to BP update and it wasn’t working for me. I tried after BP update 1.7.3 and still no luck. Anybody have any solutions? Thanks.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Docs] Buddypress members cannot upload documentsHi I’m having the same issue. Admins can upload docs fine, normal members can’t. Whenever they try to do so they get a ‘HTTP error’
Tried this on two installs and get a same problem. Tried checking settings and nothing changes it.
I have noticed that if a member saves the docs details without adding the attachment, saves it, then goes to edit it and then adds the attachment, the user doesn’t encounter the error. Please help.
bbpress 2.3.2; BuddyPress 1.7.2 WordPress 3.5.2
Hi both. I’m in the process of setting up a new site, working with a couple of WP testing grounds (seperate domains)and this plugin has also stopped working for me in the last 24hrs in both.
Whenever I start a new topic in a forum, or reply or @mention someone in the forum, suddenly no email notifications are being sent out.
I’ve tried altering settings, deactivating all non-key plugins, deleting and re-instaling this plugin and I’m still experiencing some difficulties.
Could you help? I’m running:
WP ver 3.5.2
bbPress ver 2.3.2
bbPress Enable TinyMCE Visual Tab ver 1.0.0
BuddyPress ver 1.7.2
BuddyPress Group Email Subscription ver 3.3.3Let me know if there any major plugin clashes I should avoid or specific settings that may be preventing this from happening
