Hello. Thank you for answering quickly. Amazing plug in by the way. I purchase the pro version last night. I was able to understand the issue and solve it. The issue was that the zip code of the customer’s, when logged in to my site, was filled automatically. Here two things happen. First it worked for that zipcode, second, it would not find anything away from the entered zip code which is also bad. When logged out of my site. the zip code was not there. I might have learned from the debug function that, if the zip code is left blank, nothing is sent to google.
Zip Codes, although used, are new for Colombians and the general public would not know in which zipcode they live. So, I tried first to just type an * for the zipcode, which worked. Then I removed the zipcode with the checkout field editor plug in and it worked. I would recommend for a future update to have an opportunity to exclude the zipcode from the request to goggle. You might see this situation in my developing countries.
