Hey @gguldens,
Could you please send us a screenshot that illustrates the problem?
Also, I appreciate if you can include your System Status Report. You can get it at WooCommerce > Status.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Checkout Method? Which is Best?Hey @jm1080,
> Is there a real benefit using FB as checkout instead of site?
That depends on your personal needs. As the plugin Developers, we aren’t really capable of providing guidance there, but I’ve found this post that maybe could help you decide:

I hope that helps!

Hi @jrnielso,
To enable Apple Pay support, some additional steps are required, as described on the links below:
– https://developer.paypal.com/braintree/docs/guides/apple-pay/configuration/javascript/v3#production-environmentDid you have a chance to go through those steps?
Hi @layland,

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Only one level of Variation is displayedCould you please share a screenshot of the edit page of that product in WooCommerce? We want to take a look at the entire screen, with the Facebook tab open on the product details box.
Feel free to send us more than one screenshot if not everything fit into a single one.
Also, have you tried to perform a manual sync at Marketing > Facebook > Product sync?
Thank you.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Tracking Lead and Contact eventsHi @vakondweb,
Conversation tracking requires adding extra code to your site. You can refer to this Facebook document for more details.
Since both
Lead
andContact
are standard Pixel events, this other page could also help you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products not showing up on the frontend of my siteHi @thurovic,
Thanks for the extra info.
in the backend, of the single product, I can not change the status from No sync and hide to Sync & show,
What is the behavior that is stopping you from changing the status? Is the field disable or you get an error message when trying to update it?
Hi @anphira
Based on what you wrote, I can tell that you’ve had a very unsatisfying experience. That’s frustrating, for sure!
One thing I’d like to double-check with you: are you referring to ShipStation’s support and documentation?
The reason I ask is because this is the support forum for the WooCommerce ShipStation plugin – an integration developed by us here at WooCommerce.
If you did try to reach out to WooCommerce, could you please let us know how you attempted it? I’ll be happy to investigate what happened, since reaching us should be an easy process.
Also, I appreciate if you can send us one or more links to the documentation you think that should be improved.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] true currencyHi @dgenc
Im used currency manager
Could you please clarify what you mean here? Do you have a multi-currency plugin on your site?
Also, I appreciate if you could share with us your System Status Report. You can get on your site’s dashboard, at WooCommerce > Status.
Thank you.
Hi @ensalock
Thanks for disabling the password protection. I checked your site and found no CSS or other type of code hiding the image.
Looking at the code of your checkout page, I can see that, indeed, the
<img>
tag hasn’t been included on the payment method name.Since you’ve already performed a conflict test, at this point the best next step would be re-installing the plugin so the database tables are refreshed.
Could you please give that a try a let us know how that goes? Please don’t forget to take a backup before re-installing.
Hi @trapbarn
It’s basically Woocommerce’s platform that others work on to provide enhancements to the Woocommerce/PayPal checkout gateway.
Although the are many different third-party plugins that add or improve WooCommerce’s functionality, we have limited information on how they work, since they haven’t been developed by us. For this reason, such products are outside our support scope, as noted in our support policy.
I would have thought you would have enough skin in the game to investigate given that the Woo/Paypal checkout has its own limitations
We are aware of PayPal Checkout’s limitations, and we are discontinuing its support. You’re welcome to try PayPal Payments, which is the recommended PayPal integration developed by us — also, it’s free. ??

Hi @trapbarn
It looks like the PayPal payment method currently set up on your site has been added by this plugin:
PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway for WooCommerce ( Basic ): by WebToffee – 1.6.4
I’d recommend contacting their developers to help you troubleshoot this erro. This is the link to their support forum.
Also, I’ve noticed you’re using a customized checkout — this could be related to the postal code not being correctly passed to PayPal.
Hi @joyryde
OK, I had to manually export all 2500 products from our website, then manually copy the BRAND, GTIN, and SKU over to the fields in your plugin from our old plugin
I checked the plugin’s repository and I can see there’s an open enhancement to address that. We don’t know, though, if that is something that will to be implemented in the near future.
All other Google Shopping plugins map the product categories on woocomerce to the correct product categories on Google Shopping, which is required by Google. Your plugin has nowhere at all to map these categories. Google flags every single product you are sending them as missing the category, which they do not like; they require that the plugin categorizes every product correctly: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324436?ctx=tltp
The Google Product Category is an optional parameter, as noted on that page. Indeed, our plugin doesn’t offer a way to manually set it. The Google team advised our developers not to do that, according to their best practices.
3.Google is flagging products sent to them from your plugin as missing GTIN numbers, but they are not flagging those products when sent from our other plugin that we migrated from. Your plugin claims to instantly update Google every few seconds via an API, but we’ve seen warnings in our account on Google for days on end even though the products all very clearly have GTIN numbers…?
Could you please share a screenshot of one of the product where you’ve entered the GTIN and Google claims you haven’t?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Can’t easily add required informationHi @acook,
In fact, our extension requires that you add the brand for each product. You’re welcome to post your idea on the extension’s ideas board.
If you want to add a brand to your products in bulk, you could export your products to a CSV file, edit it, and re-import it. During the export process, make sure you check the
Export custom meta
option so Google Listings & Ads data are carried along to the CSV.You can find more details about the Product CSV Importer and Exporter on this link.
