Update: the plugin works well, the bug was on my side.
I suppose at some point a casual error has been created in the previous installation. Looking for it was becoming a wasting of time so I decided to make a whole new installation of wordpress e plugins from scratch and now everything works as expected. Thank you anyway for your help.

I tested the plugins in a different installation of WordPress, hosted by a different provider, and it works.
Are there other extensions, like mbstring, I should double-check to be sure the server configuration is correct?

What a pity… I disabled ALL the plugins (except EBD, CF7 and DM, to let them work together) and switched to the standard twenty21 theme, but I still get the error. I really hoped that we can find the issue.. Thank you anyway

Hi @mandsconsulting, the error seem no different. I’ve installed the plugin query monitor and added the error log in the same drive folder with the screenshots.
Hope this can help you to identify the issue.

the hosting provider says that the mbstring extension is now active. Unfortunately, the problem seems to persist..

The examples comes from a woocommerce category pages because now I can’t even save a standard page, I get the error while saving the page.

I disabled the siteorigin builder but the error is still there.

I can’t show you an active URL at the moment because the website is still under construction and protected by a password. I added the screenshot of the output HTML code generated by the page, hope this can help.
