Absolutely, an admin bar (similar to the bar that exists for wordpress.com users with multiple blogs) is the single thing I want most. Having to login as an admin to each of my blogs to check stats, approve comments, etc., is a PITA. I love my three self-hosted WP sites – but sincerely miss the ‘my blogs’ functionality and accessibility of my wordpress.com admin control panel.
