I got exactly the same issues as you kah22. And apparently there’s some more people having those issues as well but noone out there to resolve this?! Timicom was filing another thread regarding this 1 year ago and it was closed without being resolved. I went through the same steps as you and end up going in circles as well. I’m my own host as I install on a ReadyNas Duo. WordPress was functioning well for some time, then I needed to do a factory reset for other reasons and reinstalled WordPress from scratch. So this is a totally fresh installation. Nevertheless I do not get it to work! It fails to execute the installation properly and comes up with that stupid “One or more database tables are unavailable” error message. I’m about to give up and look for alternative solutions if there’s no solution in sight in a few days.
