Positive. There are no endpoints on ultimate member pages, the only place they appeared was on the Woocommerce My Account page.

Yes – did all that. I did finally find the problem, it was with Ultimate member. Thank you!!

I had to do a lot to find the problem. I switched to 2016 theme, woocommerce store theme to test. That was actually the first thing I did. It was a quick check to perform.

It finally came down to:

Only woocommerce activated (not even Jetpack), then activate UM, and whammo. Account endpoints gone. Then when I shut off UM, the endpoints would not come back until I first disabled then re-enabled woocommerce. I also found that it was interfering with any sale that involved changing of member roles. Sales that were just products or downloads were not a problem and went through fine. I’ve actually lost money on this problem, and switched to woocommerce memberships, but I would like to continue to help you debug.

I’ve done all of thise, and I can’t find the problem. It’s a growing frustration.

yes, it’s sorted – I actually had to download and reinstall. The download was still the older version but because of the reinstall, wordpress recognized there was a new version.

Got it, I downloaded, it downloaded the older version – so when I reinstalled it figured out there was a newer version… finally. THANK YOU

This is weird – my Woocommerce helper says there’s an update but can’t get WP to realize there’s an update. I have turned the plugin off and on again, but it still doesn’t recognize it. Should I just set up another license key to redownload? My woocommerce account shows the older version in the downloads section.

Oh, no – didn’t realize there was an update for that one. I’ll check on it.

I’m having the same issue, it seems to be a conflict with the Amazon payment gateway. Once I disable that, everything is fine. OMG what a nightmare, most of my customers pay with amazon.
