I changed one of the urls and now everything works fine.

It is strange for me because I have already a website with cyrillic urls, which is not from russian source, but I haven’t found before such as problem.

For example:

Maybe there is some issue with some of the WP updates.

Hi again,

I already understand from where the problem comes. The vertical menu maybe do not work properly with the latest version of Firefox – 109.0 (64-bit) and Explorer Version 109.0.1518.69. The test that we made on the other PC was with the previous versions of the both browsers. After update the menu disappeared again. We deleted the cache, browsing data (all history from the beginning) on the both browsers. After clearing all the data the vertical menu appeared only on Firefox. But when you open the page in new tab or refresh the page in the same tab it disappear again. On Edge even all the steps above the menu is still missing.

I am not sure what to do! ??
