Currently, this feature is not allowed. However we are working on to build this feature. We will release the updated plugin shortly.

You just need to save the Permalinks and it will work fine.
Go to wp-admin (Dashboard) > Settings > Permalinks and Save changes.

@hobeika — We have checked it, f you choose full/medium size thumbnail then you will need to upload same size of photos and if choose default thumbnail then you can upload any size because it will use auto cropped thumbnail of all same size..

We are using wordpress default thumbnail size (150×150) max, so that it is square.
We are working on a new option to set different thumbnail sizes. We will release it in our next version.
