Apologise to inconvenience, What is the version of WordPress and PHP you are using? Please make sure it with plugin compatibility.
If you are already using the latest version but the issue still exist, we may need to check plugin conflict in your site. for that, we need the staging site to avoid any issue in the future.
Please share with us your staging site credentials where we can check your site as we need.

Thank you for using GWTS and taking the time to write to us. We have implemented the clickable element option in the previous release v2.0, once your click on the slide it will open in the lightbox. You can also manage the lightbox option using enable or disable from plugin setting page. If you need any help please feels free to write to us, we will assist you.

All you have to do is enable the vertical gallery option from the plugin gallery page and customize settings according to your requirement. Thanks for your response, currently there is no separate option for Mobile to display single slide/columns when we set multiple columns for desktop. Most probably we will develop this in the next release and get back to you.
