I found the solution, when you edit the menu from Appearence->Menus add the desired menu items, and afterwards edit each item with the corresponding language code before it : [:en]contact[:es]contacto and so on, but be sure to do it for each at once.

If you later edit only one menu item, that one will change correctly but the other ones will not. So everytime you edit the menu you will have to re-edit all the items.

It’s very strange, because only the menu items title doesn’t change, the URL’s are correct, but the text isn’t in it’s proper language

I have the same issue. I had three languages set up, but the client said that he doesn’t need english at the momemnt, so I disabled it. After this the menu doesn’t change to it’s language, it alwayas stays the same. Other parts are working fine.

Hi guys, since the WP update 4.3 I’m unable to publish events either. I tried deactivating all the plugins, switching back to twentyfourteen and the problem still occurring.

I really need help on this!
