Problem solved :
In my case, it was a server side problem.
In Plesk, I set MODSECURITY to “Detection Only”. Since then, Mailpoet works as expected and the mailpoet_revenue_tracking cookie doesn’t cause 403 errors anymore.
However, I still don’t know which MODSECURITY rule is triggered, I’ll have to look at the logs.
