My page isn’t loading at all now. So I am presuming it must be due to my server. I have contacted them to see what they have to say. I will post with their reply.

Even my ftp software can’t seem to connect.

EDIT: When I try and load the options page it takes ages. It then displays a blank page and tries sending me “options-general.php”

Would it be possible to make another page that loads the comments for the latest entry and then include that on the index?
