You can not create a child theme of the Appointment Green child theme because it is already a child theme of the Appointment theme but you can create a clone of the Appointment Green child theme and add your custom code in the custom child theme.

To create the Custom child theme, follow the below instructions:
1. To clone the Appointment Green child theme just copy and paste the folder.
2. Go to the style.css file in your custom child theme and change the theme name. For eg. “Appointment Green Custom”.
3. Go to plugins/webriti-companion/webriti-companion.php and add theme name at line no. 57,216. screenshot
4. Go to plugins/webriti-companion/appointment/sections/appointment-service-section.php and add the theme name at line no. 17, 31. screenshot

And it will not affect your changes during the future update of the theme.
