In reply to: [Zakra] Menu Overlap IssueHi @BarshaPaudel, Thank you for your prompt response.
I’ve already cleared the website cache as per your suggestion, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Specifically, the problem I’m encountering is solely within the blog post header area where the page navigation overlaps.
I understand your initial assessment about the cache, but it seems this particular issue might be unrelated to caching. I’m hoping the attached screenshot I mentioned earlier might provide more clarity. Did you have a chance to review it?
Your further insights or any additional guidance would be greatly appreciated in resolving this matter. Looking forward to your assistance.Thank you for your swift response. I’ve successfully posted a 5-star review for the plugin. I will discuss with my team the possibility of exploring the PRO version with a promo code.
After making adjustments to certain settings with the help of our web developer on WPspeed, specifically regarding “Adaptive Content” as per your recommendations, I re-evaluated our website today using URL inspection, Mobile-Friendly Test, and Rich Result Test tools. I’m pleased to report that there are no longer any issues.
You can review the results at the following links:
1.URL Inspection (Live Test) – https://snipboard.io/Ireuh9.jpg
2.Mobile-Friendly Test – https://snipboard.io/JgawNQ.jpg
3.Rich Result Test – https://snipboard.io/Yxs4uv.jpg
I appreciate your (@john-dagelmore ) valuable assistance in resolving this matter.Based on your response, I’ve made the change to the option “Remove all CSS” from “Yes” to “No”. Following that, I used the following tools to assess the website’s rendering:
1.URL Inspection: Here is the screenshot link: https://snipboard.io/ZwlMtf.jpg
2.Rich Result Test: The screenshot link for this test, which yielded a perfect result, is: https://snipboard.io/2H0ilk.jpg
3.Mobile Friendly Test Tool: You can access the results of the test at this link: https://snipboard.io/7UOHb1.jpgHowever, the website is still not rendering properly according to the URL inspection tool and the Mobile Friendly test tool.
Additionally, I’d like to provide you with our current WPSpeed “General and Adaptive Content Settings” screenshot links:
1.Adaptive Settings: You can view the screenshot at: https://snipboard.io/gJkzY7.jpg
2.General Settings: Here is the screenshot link: https://snipboard.io/0HE1Dy.jpgThank you for the responses, @john-dagelmore .
I have shared your recommendations and your responses with our web developer. Here is the link to the current screenshot of our “Adaptive Content Settings”: https://snipboard.io/zBf2Hp.jpgI will keep you posted on the progress once our developer has made the necessary changes.
We have successfully resolved the issue regarding the error message encountered when submitting resumes through the Contact Form 7 plugin / WPForms lite plugin.
I would like to share the steps I took to resolve it. Firstly, we installed the “FluentSMTP” plugin, and then proceeded to configure the API settings. We successfully set up the default connection using Outlook information email.
Thank you,

Hi @pulak00 ,
Thank you for your response. I hope you are doing well too.
I appreciate your confirmation that the Real Testimonial plugin does not generate any automated sitemap XML for the website. Yes, as you correctly guessed, our developer did try several testimonial plugins before choosing the Real Testimonial, and one of them must have generated the XML upon installation.
I am happy to inform you that the sitemap issue is now resolved on my side after conducting further checks.
Once again, thank you for your prompt response and help with this matter. Have a great day!Best regards,
GanapathyThank you for your response, @takayukister . I will check the link and forward it to my web developer and IT team. I will keep you updated on this matter.
Hi @ozyeger , Thank you for taking the time to inspect my homepage source code and provide an explanation of the HTML structure. I appreciate your technical knowledge and insights on the heading widget. I will take a closer look at the information you’ve provided and keep in mind the importance of having only one H1 heading per page. I’ll also check for further advice on content optimization. Thank you again for your help.
Thanks for the reply, @ozyeger .
I apologize for any confusion. To clarify, I am looking to change the H1 tag on our website to <h1>Southern Cross Group</h1> as best practice from an SEO perspective. However, our developer has informed me that this is not possible with the “Elementor” plugin we are currently using.P.S: This is our current H1 tag on our site: <h1 class=”elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default”>Southern Cross Group</h1></div>
