At this time JOAN doesn’t allow users to set schedules beyond 12 hours. You must end the day at 23:59 the start again at 00:00 (12am). Even if it’s the same show; 23:00-23:59, then 00:00-01:00, and so on. if have no programming for any given hour don’t leave it empty this will create issues with the “Now on Air” widget. Instead put in place holders where there are no shows i.e. TBD, 01:00 – 06:00.

Your image is distorted because it’s being render at a higher resolution than the actual file size. JOAN itself doesn’t have any effect on image resolution. See here: https://ibb.co/Sd7Cgft the image is much smaller than what is being shown to the viewer.
Additionally we clearly recommend an image not larger than 300x300px this is the average sidebar and fits better on smaller screens.

Upgrade to v5.8.0 this fixes the missing buttons issue.

We apologize for the late reply. We were performing some network upgrades which may have slowed some services. Can tell us what error are you getting from the free version of JOAN?

There is no language file included in this version of JOAN.

We’ll fix this issue in our soon to be released update. I don’t have an ETA at this time but it’ll be within the next few days.

If none of the solutions work for you send us temp admin access via our ticket system and we’ll take a look. Be sure to mention the version of JOAN you’re using.

Confirming the error occurs when Woocommerce is active running the latest version.

Solved the issue.

Unfortunately, non of the solutions in this blog post worked. This issue isn’t with the frontend, the front facing page loads normally. The problem is with admin page=wedocs so we can’t update or complete the documentation.
