First on the “Display Options” section make sure you set display show images to yes.

Set your date format to 02/09/2016

Try temporarily changing your theme to WordPress default Theme 2016 or 2015.

Check for conflicts in your admin with the plugin enabled if none try disabling your other plugins except JOAN then enable them one at a time each time checking to see if the problem fixes.

Awesome, glad you good everything on track.

You can edit the pictures and show names without deleting and starting over.

To edit a picture or show name click on the expanded view then change the show name to change a picture click on the upload button below the show and upload a new picture save the changes, they’ll showup instantly on the frontend, you have to refresh the settings page to see the change there.

Unfortunately at this time you cannot edit the times without deleting.

The image is showing now. You forgot to set the time format to 24 hour. Images are only displayed for the current time-slot onair.

What you see in the screenshot is just the schedule display shortcode with the widget in the sidebar.

The quickest way we can help with the other issue is taking a look at your backend config send us a temp admin login to support[@]ganddservices.com.

The titles inherit from your theme’s CSS you’ll need to find the line of code and change it to what you need. You can use Chrome Inspector or Firefox’s Firebug.

You have to set the pictures for every time slot if you have a show from 8am-10a you have to add an image for that, show at 10am-12pm add image for that and so on.

is set to: Yes
