No worries ?? Sorry but phpMyAdmin is simply a web-interface to manage MySQL databases – it’s not PHP itself. I need to know the PHP version if it’s 5.2 or 5.3 or 5.4 and Memory Limit that is set in your PHP configuration. If you don’t know how to check this, please ask your hosting provider – they should reply to you quickly ??

The theme needs to be activated and not previewed as WordPress doesn’t fully initialise the Gantry plugin durning the preview. If you want to work on your theme you can enable the Maintenance Mode in the Theme Settings > Advanced.

Can you please check your sites source and see if you have the css file beggining with master- ?

You need to set the permissions on the css-compiled directory, not any files inside of it.

appsbd: please check the permissions on the wp-content/themes/your-theme/css-compiled directory as probably Gantry is unable to compile CSS files to that dir.

Oh, I was refeering to the RocketTheme plugins that are powered by MooTools ??

I’ve heard about this JS error before but I was never able to replicate that on my local and hosting. Are there any steps that would let me reproduce this issue ? Also can I ask you please to update ALL of our plugins to the latest versions so they would include newest MooTools ?

Just like I said, I’m suspecting a JS conflict, but without you disabling the non RocketTheme plugins I can only guess. Can you please try to do that and tell me if the admin started to work properly ?

Can you please try to all your 3rd party plugins to see if this solves the issue ? This will let us know if there’s a JavaScript conflict which is making admin unresponsible.

It looks like Gantry cannot save session info as your hosting company blocked the access to the PHP tmp directory. Can you please ask them about it ?
