I am facing the same problem on my site. I filled a support ticket with Shareaholic four days ago and have received no response.

I’m having the same problem with support for the paid version. The paid version has serious problems with image sizing and requests for support by paying customers receive no response from the developer. I noticed multiple cases of the same issue on the support threads here. Hope to hear back soon.

I have a backup of the site, including the Top 10 plugin from last month. Is there any way to retrieve the custom CSS data from a backup?

I have the same problem with the simple social icons disappearing.

My site is running WordPress 3.4.1, and after I updated to Simple Social Icons 1.0.11, the icons no longer appear.

I do not use a CDN.
I have emptied the browser cache
I have emptied all server-side caching
I have not customised the plugin or the icons.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

I enabled universal analtyics in my GA account, de-authorised and reset GA in the plug-in, and now 48 hours later am still not receiving data.

Does UA work with this plugin?

I have a similar problem in using Featured Image from Google Images v1.3 with WP 3.7.1.

When searching in the plugin for a given word (in this case, “Ren Zhiqiang”) the search results appear random, and much different from what is returned by searching directly in Google images.

Any fix for this issue?
