Hi Mike,

After updating to 1.5.2 I no longer have access to the ZIP premium extention. Worked fine until then. Any help gratefully received.

Many thanks for the suggestions.
I have tried all of the above, including uploading a full backup of my site via ftp.

Nothing seems to work. The site does not respond other than a 403 error!

What can I do now?

Hi Mikey, thanks for the reply.

I thought that this was the reason that the backup did not work.

The auto backup did not work, and the manual start tells me to go make a cup of tea, then sits like that forever.

Any clues as to what’s going on?

I have copied the site down by FTP and the result is only 21.5Mb.

Not big, I am really a newbie at this game.
