ok, after no much madness and hair pulling:

Remove line 112 to 117 from file rating-result-reviews.php located in wpcontent/plugins/mrpratingspro/templates/

I have the same problem and the website has been down for two days! We are about to launch this project and it’s very disappointing. Is there any support here for this problem?

I would like to update that I’ve resolved this database issue above by adding a New Rating Form. I also added a custom field called ‘Reviews’… however when this rating and review are submitted… and approved, I can not see the ‘Review’ Custom field Results when using shortcode for results: [mrp_rating_result] Is there anyway to display both the star rating along with the custom field that named ‘Review’?
