I can confirm that the attachment shows in the header via the attachment icon. It was just brought to my attention that usually attachments also show within the body of the mail on Mac Mail and they are only displaying in the header now.

The app in question is the standard Mac Mail application. I have tested with other computers running outlook and Gmail etc and everything works as it should. For some reason its just doesnt seem to load correctly in Mac Mail.

I have checked status and the only concern was allow_url_fopen (No. allow_url_fopen disabled)

Thats correct, no orders are created in WooCommerce but payment reflects in the account. The Gateway is Peach Payments (South African based) but they havent pinpointed any conflicted other that asking me to deactivated the sequential order numbers which I have but the problem persists.

Is there any other possible reasons that this could be happening?

That is correct, Both storewide and product level is set to NOT track inventory.

I have tried switching off plugins to test but this is not going to solve the issue.
Reason being is this error is intermittent, one minute the product will checkout perfectly and then all of a sudden it won’t.

I don’t see how switching off plugins are going to resolve an intermittent issue.
