No, they’re not on the same server (two are, but not the third).
I’m not seeing anything in the server error logs.

The site is “1ststneotsscouts.org.uk”. I’ve checked the source of the theme and it does call body_class in the body tag.

<EDIT> Ignore that, I was looking at the wrong theme ??
The body tag was missing the call to body_class. I’ve added it in now and the menu works.
