Couple of things
1. Any FREE support for a FREE plugin IS great.
2. 24 hours for a ticket is not a massive amount of time.
3. Out of those 24 hours, we also sleep and eat and other things.
4. We have over 37 THOUSAND users and get about 200+ tickets a day.
5. If our “undefined” didnt work, you did it wrong.
6. If you need assistance in such a hurry we offer PAID priority support.
7. Very sorry you had to fix YOUR OWN bugs yourself (seriously?)You ticket will be addressed as soon as is humanly possible.
Sorry our FREE plugin and FREE support are not to your satisfaction. Please let me know if you need a refund.
Sorry to sound irate but attitudes like yours really upset us as we are over $100k and 18 months out of pocket to date trying to provide a great WordPress eCommerce solution.

I saw your post and had to put my side forward. Especially as you seem to have missed out the huge portions of the chat transcript where you where rude and kept telling me how to run my company and how we should sell our additional plugins, and that we are intruding on your privacy.
1. As i tried to explain over and over.. the plugin you wanted to purchase (like all our modules) has a unique license attached to it. This is to avoid copying our products to multiple sites (standard procedure) also with our plugins you get lifetime upgrades.
To get the latest upgrades you are notified via your WP admin AND you can always download the latest version via your CUSTOMER AREA. Additionally we give the customer the ability to reissue there software license anytime again via your CUSTOMER AREA.
Being able to reissue your license yourself is important should you be moving a site from a development server to live server. Again all standard stuff that i tried to explain to you, to be repeatedly told, “that not how ANYONE does it” “you’re breaching my privacy policy” when in fact.. yes it is..EXACTLY how software developers do it.
ALL of this is handled via simple customer area, that you set up while purchasing, we ask for basic details to validate the credit card..(FYI the same information we need even if we had a “guest checkout’) and info that is not even stored on the site anyway (not PCI)
So eventually after 30 minutes trying to explain this very simple concept and being spoke to like i was an idiot, i had had enough…so just had to LOL (before i said something worse) and point out you have no idea what you’re talking about on this particular subject (my business) and then i left so i didn’t have to hear more rude and condescending comments.
We offer free support which MANY WP plugins do not, so unfortunately our tolerance for rude, arrogant people may be lower than others.
But a final time:
without a customer area:
1. You would have no (secure) area to find your downloadable product/s and future updates.
2. You have nowhere to manage and reissue your product license/sSorry it didn’t work out, but you need to be more polite when asking people for free support.

WPOLS developer here. As you probably know we use oscommerce as the engine for our plugin and have extended it with a ton of contributions (addons) from the osCommerce plugin area.
All of these MUST be GPL to be allowed on the OSC plugin repository, just like WP… but apparently one of the addons we used wasn’t (still unsure how it was approved on the OSC site), we are still trying to get to the bottom of this, but unfortunately our plugin was removed from the repository until we can track down and remove the offending code.
Sorry for any inconvenience, it’s killing us also as we average about 140+ downloads a day and we are into day 2.
hopefully will be back Wednesday.

WP online store is 100% free. We do have additional payment and shipping plugins at minimal cost, but you do not need them to use the store. The store is ready to go right away, at no cost.

but
1. You are trying to squeeze a full storefront into a narrow area with a side bar.2. Your theme has padding which is also pushing the store away from the edges of the content area, which again is basically squashing the store.
You need a larger space to display the store… remove the side bar will fix it.
or fix the padding on the them so the store is in the page properly.
