I thought contact form 7 was going to be the one for me, but I ran into an issue with the web hooks (apparently I’m not the only one, as I found other reports of the issue in the forum).

Same issue for me as well. All of us having the same error within a week of one another… could this be a bug?

Well, Jetpack was definitely the culprit! I think it is crazy that after 7 years worth of complaints about this issue, Jetpack developers have not bothered to add in the ability to purge your own cache.

I simply disabled the caching in Jetpack. The only reason I have Jetpack installed is because my theme requires it. It seems like the Jetpack plugin causes more problems that solutions for me!
