Hmm, not sure I follow completely, but can you try setting the registration status to Approved, then applying the discount code/payment?

In reply to: [Event Espresso - Event Registration & Ticketing Sales] Not worth itHi there, thank you for the feedback. Can you give us examples of the customizations you are making?
Hi.
Emails should work. We’re not sure about domains because we have never tested that, but we expect that it would be ok.
There’s a setting in the Registration Form admin page for setting the Email Validation Level which might need to be changed based on your setup. For example, you will need to set the email validation to “international” because the default WP email validation will not work.
Does that help?

Hi, can you try flushing your permalinks?
Step 1: In the WordPress admin area, go to “Settings > Permalinks”
Step 2: Click “Save Changes”
Step 3: Permalinks and rewrite rules are flushed.Let us know if that helps.
So, are your prices based on the location of the event, or the home country of the attendee?
The premium version allows you to create multiple instances of the same event called a Datetime. You can sell tickets to individual datetimes or you can sell tickets that allow access to all datetimes.

In reply to: [Event Espresso - Event Registration & Ticketing Sales] Huge FailEvent Espresso is designed so that it will automatically turn your tickets on sale or end selling tickets based on the dates and times you choose. There is a Sale Starts date and a Sell Until date, and the tickets will be available between those dates. It sounds like to me that you set your date for too early in the day.
Please edit your event and double check the date and time that you have in ticket Sell Until fields.
Then also double check that you have the correct Time Zone setting in WordPress.
So, if the day of your event, you set the ticket Sell Until date for say 8am, then the tickets would not be available for sale after 8am.
I’m sorry for your frustration, but Event Espresso just works based upon the dates you entered.
Does that help?
You can hide that information with custom CSS:
https://eventespresso.com/topic/remove-or-hide-ticket-details/
Or there are toggle options in the Premium version to show/hide that information.
Does that help?
