Just in case this helps anyone else out having the same issue. I have figured out that OptInMonster is the problem.

I deactivated WooCommerce again, leaving OptInMonster active, and tried to re-activate WooCommerce and received the fatal error.

Deactivated OptInMonster and then I was able to activate WooCommerce, followed by re-activating OptInMonster.

I managed to fix this issue based on the information I provided in the debug log.

I deactivated Jetpack & OptinMonster and then I was able to activate woocommerce. I was then able to re-activate Jetpack & OptinMonster.

Thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately it still hasn’t resolved my issue ?? still looks fine on PC but not on mobile. I’m thinking maybe it’s my content that is the problem.

I’m assuming I won’t need to do anything my end to get the layout to work properly?

Not a biggie with regards to the social icons, I thought it was worth asking anyway.
