In reply to: Crosspost to Friendster blog (it’s just TypePad)I’ve tried Googling for a plugin that already exists. It doesn’t. Friendster hasn’t responded to my support requests, as well.
And do you know if Friendster’s API is working right now? Because ecto doesn’t work with it at the moment.

In reply to: WordPress theme files are out of orderAny suggestions?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: WordPress theme files are out of orderI’m using the default theme, so nothing was changed from default. The filenames are generally the same, too. I have never used a theme where the creator would change the filenames of core files, although I’m sure they exist, but not normally.

In reply to: WordPress theme files are out of orderdoodlebee, I don’t change the default filenames so they should be in alphabetical order like always.

In reply to: WordPress theme files are out of orderNo, Yngwin is right. Stylesheets are always on top, and usually, the remaining files are listed in alphabetical order.

In reply to: WordPress theme files are out of orderMaybe it’s a server configuration, then. Could someone at least find the code where it puts the stylesheets at the top of the list, then?

In reply to: WordPress theme files are out of orderThe files are not in alphabetical order, or in any order that is obvious to me.
In a default installation of WordPress, the files are usually in alphabetical order (with, yes, the stylesheets at the top.)

In reply to: WordPress theme files are out of orderNo, otherwise their orders would change. They don’t.

In reply to: Akismet Thinks I’m a spammer — help!I’ve also had this problem with friends posting comments on my blog. The same person’s posted at least half a dozen, all of which I’ve marked NOT spam, but they are still marked as spam. Sigh. There should be an exclusion list that each WordPress blog can set separately.

In reply to: Blank page returned when commenting (Akismet’s fault)Thanks, that fixed it.
Why does not upgrading break the comments? That doesn’t make sense, because I’m sure there are thousands of users who don’t upgrade their Akismet regularly.

In reply to: Comments not working, goes to blank page.I have the same problem. Disabling Akismet fixed it. What’s going on?
