Hi, I’m having the same issue. Just questions and on submit button.

I am also experiencing the same issues as the others here in the post.

flamingo_email: “[client-email]”
flamingo_name: “[client-name]”
flamingo_phone: “[client-phone]”

Nothing is working they way the author has described. Any help or solution would be great.

I was looking for that same feature.
